Majestic Rialto Home, a beautiful apartment in a historic palace in Venice.
Majestic Rialto Home is a bright and refined apartment, located in a prestigious historic Venetian palace. The accomodation features a private entrance with access from the street and is spread over different levels. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious living area that includes a cozy sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster to ensure a complete dining experience.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, providing a comfortable and restful environment. The apartment also has two modern bathrooms, both with showers and hairdryers.
To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment offers a range of additional amenities including free WiFi, washer, dryer, iron, air conditioning and heating.
*The building is not equipped with an elevator. There are several steps inside the property that provide access to the bedroom, bathrooms, and kitchen.
*Kindly note that one of the bedrooms features a lower-than-average ceiling height.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Venice is absolutely stunning and unique. The apartment is located in a great location.We had two couples staying in the apartment. One of the things to note is the lower bedroom has really low ceilings. My husband had to bend over the entire time. There are a lot of posts regarding the stairs and the bathrooms located on the top floor. Understanding that this is Venice, although a trek upstairs, it was fine for us. The bed mattresses were not comfortable. They were firm and you could feel the springs through them. We ended up grabbing the mattresses from the bunkbeds located in the top floor bedroom and putting them on top of the mattress in the lower bedroom to make it more comfortable.The communication with the host was not that great, and the Wi-Fi did not work throughout the apartment, especially in the lower bedroom.Besides all of this, we enjoyed our stay in Venice.

We enjoyed this rustic property. Nicely modernized, comfortable, and in a great location. Like most of these classic properties, be ready for stairs.

The apartment was clean, showers were hot, location was good, and communication was great. However, I gave a lower rating because the property had no bathroom on any of the lower floors, climbing stairs with luggage and just to get to the bathrooms was rough. Add to that the beds were so uncomfortable. I could feels the springs. Swapping out the mattresses with some memory foam beds would have earned them 3.5 stars. A bathroom on a lower floor would earn a solid 4.
