With sea views, the rural house 'Bns Casa La Prensa - Alpujarra' in Sorvilán is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property, approximately 170 m², consists of a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, television and washing machine. This accommodation does not have air conditioning.
The house features two terraces, one covered and one uncovered, excellently located 600 m above sea level, with a pleasant microclimate and fantastic views of the sea and mountains. In addition to the recently opened municipal pool, the beach is only 15 minutes away via a new road from 2024, and you are about 130 km from the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, known for its excellent beaches such as Mónsul or Los Genoveses.
Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise and be considerate of the neighbours.
Early check-in and/or late check-out can be arranged upon request and subject to availability. The property has guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is provided at the accommodation.

We had a good couple of days here! José was a great host, very accomodating. It's a charming old house with lots of space in a quaint little village with a fantastic view from the roof terrace. You feel like you're in the Old Spain, very far from the tourist world!
