A two level recently renovated property, "ROSA" Sea Front Villa Maisonette of 2rd and 3rd floors is located in front of two sandy beaches in a quiet neighborhood of the seaside village of Alykanas in the island of Zakynthos, Greece and it is 15 km away from Zakynthos International Airport.
This spacious apartment with a private entrance features a sitting room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the second floor and 3 king size bed bedrooms and a master bathroom on the third floor which they both communicate each other with an internal staircase.
Both 2nd and 3rd floors have a balcony for relaxing while enjoying the quite natural seafront environment.
In just 3 min walk from the apartment you may access the two sandy beaches and enjoy a safe swim. On one of the beaches you may board a chartered pleasure boat upon request.
The apartment also have a private parking on-site.
Ideal for family vacations.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. There is a limit on daily electricity consumption of 50kwh, above which an extra fee of 0.30 euros per Kwh is charged and collected at the apartment at check-out.
2. The owner, the property manager and the cleaning staff can enter the house at will while accommodating quests, in order to check the need of cleanliness, to provide help in changing sheets and to check the overall condition of the property.
3. Old sheets and towels are going to change to new ones every 3 days.
4. An extra climate change tax is going to be collected at the apartment.
