Trams within the city 'free tram zone' and Flinders Street Station are just around the corner.

The Space:
This fully furnished apartment boasts an open plan living and is immersed with an abundance of natural light through its floor-to-ceiling windows that provides a stunning view of the CBD from the 38th floor.

The accompanied furniture compliments Collin House's overall notion of luxury living such as with the wooden coffee and TV table to compliment the apartment's wooden flooring.

Other features include split type AC/heating for year round comfort, expansive oak flooring, bespoke cabinetry, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows grace every room, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the mesmerizing city views.

Bedroom equipped with a queen bed and built in robe with a stunning view of the CBD as well.

Residents of Collins House are able to enjoy the luxurious amenities such as private dining and lounge, indoor and outdoor terrace and a state-of-the-art gym facility.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment unit for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
We don't have any reserved parking to provide but there is an abundance of paid parking options in the area. We are located at Collins House at 464 Collins St. for reference.

Options include the Wilson Parking at 385 Bourke St. or 450 Flinders Ln. Car Park.


** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
