Haus machte insgesamt einen gepflegten Eindruck. Ruhige Lage im Wohnviertel (Sackgasse). 2 schöne Terrassen (insbesondere die vordere)., sonniger Balkon, gute Ausstattung (Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockenständer), sehr nette Mitarbeiter vor Ort.
