Wer gerne kurvige Straßen fährt u die Lage weitab von allem schätz, ist hier genau richtig. Schöner Blick auf Civezza u Olivenhaine. Nur 2 Wohnungen teilen sich den Pool (dort teilweise Meerblick). Da die andere Wohnung frei war, hatten wir zu zweit den Pool u Garten zur alleinigen Verfügung, was herrlich war. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings müsste die Küchenzeile ausgetauscht werden. Die große, schattige Terrasse ist herrlich windig. Sehr gute Pizzeria in Civezza, Einkaufen in Imperia.

Eine wirklich schöne, große, helle Unterkunft. Ausblick auf das Meer, ruhig gelegen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Genügend Töpfe, Teller, Besteck.. einfach alles. Sehr schöner Pool Balkon – SonnenuntergangTerrasse Sonnenaufgang Reisetipps: Sehenswert Imperia, Dolcedo, Dolceaqua, ein Abstecher nach San Remo. Man kann die Fahrt an der Küste genießen, oder die Autobahn benutzen. Im Nachbarort ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, der alles hat, was man benötigt. Frisches Obst, Gemüse, Lebensmittel ausder Region. Sonntags bis mittags geöffnet.Langer Sandstrand in Alassio

Da sich die beiden Ferienwohnungen einen großen Balkon teilen (Trennung durch eine halbhohe Mauer und Pflanzkübel) ist zu empfehlen, dass befreundete Familien oder Paare die 2 Wohnungen zur gleichen Zeit belegen. Die Sauberkeit in den Küchenschubladen war eher mäßig, die Matrazen waren alt und durchgelegen. Die Bestuhlung der Küche und des Balkons war sehr unbequem. Am sonst sehr sauberen und schön gelegenen Pool fehlten ausreichend Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm (bei einer aktuellen Belegung von 4 Personenin beiden Wohnungen!). Mehrere Liegen waren unbrauchbar. Störend ist auch ein hoher Strommast, der ca. 25 Meter vom Balkon entfernt, teils durch einen Baum verdeckt, direkt im Blickfeld steht. Der Garten machte einen eher mäßig gepflegten Eindruck, allerdings mit schönem alten Baumbestand. Die Fewo liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Civezza. Übernahme und Rückgabe der Wohnung verliefen problemlos. Wofür ein Betrag von 10,00 € pro Person und Woche erhoben wird hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Restaurant/Pizzeria in Civezza sehr empfehlenswert und zu Fuß in 10 Min. erreichbar. Auffahrt vom Meer zur Fewo teilweise sehr eng und kurvenreich. Reisetipps: Ausflüge ins Hinterland und in die Bergdörfer der Umgebung sind sehr empfehlenswert.
