Property composed of main house and outbuilding 9.5 km from the centre of Ponte de Lima, 3 km from the centre of Labruja, 34 km from the centre of Viana do Castelo, on a slope, 36 km from the sea, 30 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 9.6 km, sandy beach "Cabedelo" 36 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km.

Upper floor: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. - gute Lage im Norden Portugals als Startort für zum Beispiel Ausflüge nach Ponte de Lima, Viana do Castelo und Braga oder auch nach Porto - super Grundstück an Bach und Wasserfall mit Liegewiesen für Sonnen- und Schattenliebhaber - nachts hört man nur das Rauschen des Wasserfalls - im Haupthaus auf der Eingangsebene zwei Schlafräume, ein Wohnzimmer und Duschbad, eine Etage tiefer die große, kühle Küche - im Nebenhaus nochmal ein Schlafraum mit Bad und Küche - absolut empfehlenswert

Endroit splendide et calme, la maison est magnifique et très fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. La région est magnifique, vous êtes à côté de PONTE DE LIMA, ville familiale et tranquille avec plein de petit restaurant et de vignobles. La nature, la rivière très peu profonde ou les enfants peuvent se baigner juste a côtéde la maison avec sa petite plage, un jardin superbe et très bien entretenu et un accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques, merci à F. et sa femme, nous avons adoré !!!

Sehr schönes großes Haus und ein weiteres Haus direkt am Fluss, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann gut mit vielen Personen wohnen und jeder findet ein Plätzchen. Küche im EG ziemlich kalt, aber Heizmöglichkeit. Großes schönes Gelände mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu sitzen und sich zu sonnen. Sehr ruhig. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet zum Kochen. Auto notwendig. Vermieterin ... sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die alte Mühle ist perfekt modern ausgestattet, überall befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Da wir eine kühle Woche hatten waren wir sehr froh, dass man damit auch wunderbar einheizen konnte. Die Lage ist perfekt für Besichtigungen und Wanderungen, aber auch am Meer ist man relativ schnell. Durch die zwei getrennten Wohneinheiten hat man mit 4 Personen auch noch genügend Privatsphäre. Vermieter sind sehr nett.
