Livinn Hostels Gubeng Station Surabaya

The location is close to SGU train station. When you arrive at SGU Station, exit from the back of the station. If you see the parking lot, you are at the back exit. First, turn right and walk about 200 meters. You will see a small bridge. Cross the bridge and turn right again. Then cross the railway and turn right once more. You will now be at the front of the train station. Walk about 100 meters and you will see a crosswalk on the road (trust me, there aren’t many crosswalks). Cross the street and continue walking along the road toward the front of the station. When you see an overpass bridge, turn left. The entrance to the hostel is on the second lane on your right. It’s a good place to stay if you arrive at SGU late. However, there isn’t much to see around this area.

the air con is cold in the shared room

The location is very convenient — just a short walking distance from the train station, which was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable, and the 24-hour check-in made things easy, especially since we arrived around midnight.

However, the place was a bit hard to find, especially at night, as there was no clear signage. The shared bathroom could also be cleaner and better maintained.

Pretty strategically placed near the train station, good price, comfy, worth every penny.
