Sonnige, ruhige Hanglage mit Fernsicht aufs Meer. Zweckmässig eingerichtete Räumlichkeiten und schöner Umgebung. 100 Meter zum Pool und 300 Meter zum Sandstrand sind zu überwinden. Einkauf in kleinem Supermarkt / Panneteria in 400 Metern Gehdistanz. Schöne Häuser mit Privatspäre.
