Beautiful resort "Rei Sole". 50 apartments in the residence. 2.5 km from the centre of Rei Marina, on the outskirts, 18 km from the centre of Villasimius, 65 km from the centre of Cagliari, in the district Piscina Rei, 350 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Central parking spaces. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 700 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 400 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Gut gelegene, geräumige Unterkunft an der schönen Costa Rei. Die Kundenbetreuung vor Ort hat Luft nach oben.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist wie neu gebaut. Die Fenster und Türe haben alle Doppelgläser (gute Wärme– bzw. Geräuschdämmung). Bitte beachten Sie, wenn die Schlüsselausgabe in Zentrum geöffnet ist, weil es nicht zu lange so ist und was man noch vor Ort BAR bezahlen muß (z.B. Kleine Tiere, 20 EUR pro Person) Betten sind sehr bequem. In 2 Zimmer waren es Doppelbetten mit Doppelmatratzen und in einem mit zwei Einzelmatratzen was man ins zwei Einzelbetten machen könnte.Es gibt elektrische Heizung bzw. Kühlung in alle Zimmer und zwei im Wohnzimmer also man wird nie heiß oder kalt.Die Lage des Hauses ist 4 km von Costa Rei Zentrum entfernt, was war für uns kein Problem.Sandküste ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt und die ist ca. 8km lang. Dieser Teil ist wirklich super weil es breit genug ist und nicht alles ist belegt mit Sonnenliegen. Viel viel besser als nahe Costa Rei Zentrum wo in der Sommer alles mit Sonnenliegen belegt ist.Was man mitbringen sollte, da die fehlten in unserem Haus (Wir haben die andere Bewertungen gelesen und hatten die mit.):–Weingläser–Wasserkocher–Schalen fur Müsli–Scharfe MesserDas Haus ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Wir komme Reisetipps: Costa Rei is das perfektes Urlaubsziel in Sardinien mit 8 km Sandküste. Während den Sommer alles isgeöffnet und man kriegt hier alles. Spät Herbst bis Ende Mai man kann nach Villasimius und Muravera fahren da die sind beide ca. 20km entfernt und bieten gute Restaurante und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an. Einkaufen kann man in San Priamo auch was ca. 8km entfernt ist.

Das Haus ist schön, sehr gute Lage zum wunderschönen Strand. Aber der Lärm von der angrenzenden Clubanlage ist kaum auszuhalten. Oft bis nach Mitternacht noch Beschallung von der dortigen Animation. Auch tagsüber immer wieder Animation. Im Haus war bis auf die Küche ( hier kann man für mehr als 4 Leuten nicht wirklich kochen, insgesamt eher mäßig ausgestattet) alles gut. Der „Service“ mit dem Schlüsselabholung ist sehr eingeschränkt (offiziell nur von 17:00-19:00 Uhr).
