For shared use: natural state property with meadow. In the house: lounge, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Sölden Freizeit Arena" 250 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 37 km, indoor swimming pool 150 m, thermal baths "Aquadome" 12 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane, gondola lift, slopes 200 m, cross country ski track 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Included in the rental price: 1 daily entrance per person to the indoor pool and sauna at the "Freizeit Arena" Sölden. Tennis court according to agreement.
