Beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Lunapart", surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 apartments in the property. In the centre of Sölden, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property with meadow. In the house: lounge, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Sölden Freizeit Arena" 250 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 37 km, indoor swimming pool 150 m, thermal baths "Aquadome" 12 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane, gondola lift, slopes 200 m, cross country ski track 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Included in the rental price: 1 daily entrance per person to the indoor pool and sauna at the "Freizeit Arena" Sölden. Tennis court according to agreement. Extensive sports and leisure opportunities, both in summer and winter, in the immediate vicinity.

The property was easy to find with space for parking your car. Just a short 450 meter walk to the lift in Soelden made it super convenient. Restaurants and night life are just as close.The property was clean and so was the room. Sufficient cookware and dish ware to prepare a meal.We would stay here again.

Ideal in size for a couple, dog friendly, all facilities included, close proxy to skilift (walking disrance) and ski lockers with heater. Intimate atmosphere due to Only 3 appartments. Central location ideal for apres Ski, shopping or dinner/drinks.
Very clean place.
Would definiety come back.

Sehr schöne, saubere und moderne Unterkunft für zwei Personen, die gerade die richtige Größe hat.Wanderrouten und Gondeln innerhalb von 5–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Shops und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe.Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Umgang mit den beiden Inhabern.Absolut zu empfehlen, uns hat der Aufenthalt im LunApart sehr gut gefallen!
