Rustic mews "Västra Näs". In the resort 5 km from the centre of Sölvesborg, 700 m from the centre of Västra Näs, 7 km from the centre of Mjällby, 300 m from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 400 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop 9.4 km, railway station "Sölvesborg" 5 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 300 m, indoor swimming pool 35 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km.
"Västra Näs", 2-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Antique and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room, ceiling height 190 cm with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining nook. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 180 cm with 4 beds. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Unser Urlaub im ausgesuchten Häuschen war so schön , Nicht zu klein und nicht zu gross warn 4 Erwachsene und hatten es sehr gemütlich . Gastgeber waren ganz liebe ,freundliche und sehr hilfsbereit . Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Gastgeber, Lage und Preis des Hauses waren top. Die Einrichtung ist tatsächlich nicht mehr die allerneueste aber das macht jede Menge schwedischer Charme locker wett. Soweit ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaubsalltag für 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind braucht, einzig ein Wasserkocher wäre noch schön. Der Garten bietet ordentlich Platz zum Essen, Spielen etc. Der Ostsee-Sandstrand mit Spielplatz & Strandbars ist keine 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Preis/ Leistung = absolut fair - Jederzeit gern wieder!

Schöne Unterkunft auf einem Dreiseitenhof mit eigenem Garten und Grillmöglichkeit. Ruhige Lage am Waldrand, unweit vom Meer entfernt. Ideal für zwei Erwachsene mit Hund. Freundliche Vermieter, die sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk für den Hund gemacht haben. Reisetipps: Sölvesborg, Asnen See, Smalandet Älgpark, Autofriedhof Ryd, Ale stenar, Sandhammaren

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, waren jedoch am Anreisetag nicht anwesend. Sie hatten jedoch mit kleinen Briefchen den Weg zur Unterkunft gekennzeichnet und mit netten Worten (und frischen Blumen auf dem Esstisch!) einen sehr warmen Empfang bereitet. Besonders erwähnenswert erscheint uns das weitläufige Gelände, inkl. Grill, welches man nutzen darf. Die Wohnung ist mit Kleinkind bedingt empfehlenswert, daa) die Treffe in den Wohnraum keine Sicherung hat (also offen ist) undb) relativ viel Dekorationsmaterial aus Glas und Porzellan herumsteht, welches wir allerdings einfach auf die Seite geräumt hatten. Alles in allem war es ein sehr netter Aufenthalt, Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen. Reisetipps: – der Strand ist super und in der Nebensaison auch nichtüberlaufen– Laxens Hus in Mörrum– Ystad und Umgebung (ca. 130 km)– Kristianstad– Die lange Brücke und Promenade von Sölvesborg zum Golfplatz führt durch ein Vogelschutzgebiet – sehenswert
