This one's for the trip where you want a little luxury with your lake time.
Brand new build in a gated community in Kingsland, with a pool (can be heated for an additional fee), hot tub, and four bedrooms that sleep up to 12. The home comes with its own assigned boat lift, and the ramp is an easy walk away, so getting out on the water couldn't be simpler. It's also a short walk to the golf course and Lake LBJ.
This house picked up multiple Parade of Homes awards for its design, and you'll feel it the second you walk in. High-end finishes, luxury bedding, and decor that actually looks like the photos.

MAIN LEVEL
Open living area, kitchen with island, and dining space that all flow together. Step outside to the pool and hot tub, lounge seating, dining table, and grill. Lake views from the living area, plus a smart TV and Sonos sound system throughout.
**Primary Bedroom: King bed, en suite with stand-up shower and soaking tub
**Bedroom 2: King bed, full bathroom across the hall with stand-up shower
**Outdoor Pool Bath: Half bath located poolside for easy access without tracking through the house
UPPER LEVEL
Through the barn door upstairs, you'll find a second living space with a beverage fridge, smart TV, and Sonos sound system, plus a balcony to unwind after a full day on the water.
**Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds, en suite with stand-up shower
**Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds + 1 full bed, access to full bathroom with tub and shower
Good to Know
**Boat lift use is $95, which covers the cost of inspection and maintenance
**Starter supply of paper goods, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap provided
**Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, glassware, cooking essentials, and a coffee maker
**Bath towels, bed linens, and a few beach towels provided

My kids and I come and stay in this neighborhood every year and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. Super clean and homey, we will definitely come back!
