Enjoy a relaxing stay in this two-story condo located in a quiet, private gated community near beautiful Lake Cumberland. It’s the perfect getaway for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful lakeside setting.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a brand-new full-size refrigerator, two full bathrooms, and two private bedrooms with new mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep. The living area includes new leather couches and two large high-definition TVs with Dish service.
Step outside to two private balconies with scenic views — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day on the lake.
Our family owns and personally manages this condo, and we take pride in providing a clean, comfortable experience. We also own the neighboring unit (I-4). Both units share a private walkway, making this a great option for extended family or groups traveling together.
Self check-in is available with a lockbox for easy arrival.
