This rental is located on floor 2. There is an elevator - perfect for those with mobility limitations and families with young kids (and lots of baby gear).
Parking notes: Assigned parking is available for one vehicle in the spot labeled #35. There is also parking available in the gravel lot on the north side of the building - first-come, first-served.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
We’ll follow up with a short online registration once you book. It’s fast, simple, and helps us prepare for your visit. Non-Airbnb guests will be asked to pay a small damage waiver OR refundable deposit.
For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.

The only problem we had was that the listing says there are 8 beach passes and there is currently only 2. When we tried to contact the host and/or company they said they were working on it. We never heard back again and had to pay the beach pass fee of 25.00 for 3 days. Also, there is one dining room chair that has a broken leg on it.

The place was exceptionally clean and well-organized. I initially had some difficulty locating it, but the available photos helped me find the condo. The host was very accommodating, and the parking options were excellent. Even though the balcony was small, it was a favorite spot for our family.
