Welcome to this brand new cottage home in the heart of downtown Bryan less than 5 miles from Texas A&M University. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all that downtown Bryan has to offer with easy access to College Station by free game day shuttle or just a short drive.
The Urban Cottage was built in 2024 and has 2 bedrooms and one full bath upstairs as well as a half bath and bonus pull out queen sleeper sofa downstairs. The primary bedroom features a King size bed while the secondary has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
The main area has an open concept where the living room flows into the kitchen making this the perfect hangout spot to interact with each other.
The high ceilings coupled with large windows bathe the interior with natural light to create a sense of grandeur and spaciousness. Inside this beautiful home you will find designer wall paper, acacia wood countertops, oversized tile backsplash, spa like bathroom with walk in shower, sleek fixtures and high end finishes throughout.
There is a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, Pac-Man Arcade system, 55 inch Roku TV, high speed internet, private backyard and a front porch that overlooks a courtyard. There is a Ring Doorbell Camera on the front door.

Fantastic spot to stay in Aggieland! We enjoyed our privacy while still being close to Downtown Bryan and a short drive down the road to the Texas A&M campus.

We were in town for a family gathering in nearby College Station. We loved staying in this quiet neighborhood of Bryan. The sound of the train was nostalgic and calming. The home was very clean and simple. The beds comfortable. Exploring Bryan was so fun. MyOnly regret is that I didn't get to try out all the coffee shops in town! I guess I have to come back

The property was perfect for our purposes. We were attending a music festival and wanted to be within walking distance of downtown Bryan. The property was more than expected! Very clean and the owners have gone above expectations on meeting a visitor's needs. Many of the vacation rentals we have rented have minimal supplies, i.e. toilet paper, coffee, coffee filters which necessitates a grocery stop. This property was well supplied with anything we needed. More than enough toilet paper, coffee, dishes, everything! The sheets were lovely and the towels fluffy. Parking was easy. All wonderful!
