About this house rental
If you are looking for quiet and privacy - this is your home! Located on a small cul de sac, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this ranch is located close to everything but far from the sounds of the city.
Bedroom #1 -- King bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #2 -- King bed
Bedroom #3 -- Trundle bed with double-wide on the bottom and twin on top
Desk located off kitchen for separate work area
Laundry room located off kitchen, with passway to garage
Screened patio -- sitting area for six
The full house and property including the two-car garage are provided for your enjoyment and comfort!
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.
Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
