A beautiful, comfy basement apartment with a private entrance and brand new appliances. The location is 5 minutes from Steeles & Mclachlan, close to Sheridan college, in Brampton, in a quiet neighbourhood. Minutes walk to bus stations, grocery stores, many restaurants and the Go train station should you need to go to Toronto.
The space:
Clean, cozy and newly renovated space. Separate entrance provides convenience and privacy.
Very quiet neighbourhood close to everything.
Guest access
You have access to your own private basement apartment via a separate entrance.
Two beds, one queen in the bedroom and one pull out sofa bed.
Your own complete kitchen including a fridge,and stove.Your own bathroom as well.
Other things to note
Private bedroom and bathroom exclusively for your own personal use.
There’s a shared washer and dryer right outside the basement door.

I had a great stay at this 1 room basement apartment ! The place was very clean, well-kept, and exactly as described in the listing. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Anita, the host, was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Her warm hospitality really made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

I want to share my wonderful experience at the Shotlet apartment at 48 Tulip Dr, Brampton, ON, L6Y 3W1, Canada. It was truly delightful, and I had a great customer experience. The atmosphere was serene and tranquil, and the host was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I’m excited to recommend this place to my friends and family, and I plan to visit again and again!
