About this house rental
Holiday home located in quiet surroundings in a beautiful residential area in Skagen city center only approx. 10 minutes walk from Kulturhus Kappelborg and Skagen Bryghus. The house is modern and cozy with a well-equipped kitchen / living room and open living room with access to the garden, where it is possible to sit and enjoy a cool glass of wine on a warm summer day or barbecue. The house's rooms are made on a spacious loft at full height of 2 meters. There is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Good parking conditions at the house. The house is the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday in Skagen for couples, friends or the small family and the location means that the many sights in Skagen can be reached both on foot and by bike. The branch where a trip with the Sandworm is a wonderful experience, is just 3 km from here. Not for rent to youth groups. Note that the plot is shared with the owner, but the house has its own undisturbed terrace.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
