We welcome you to our large family apartment!
You can enjoy joyful moments with your family while enjoying its tranquility and its view of a quaint garden in fact, the windows overlook an inner courtyard, very picturesque in a city!
Underneath you will find a wide range of excellent cafes, bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, supermarket and farmers' markets.
Elegant, bright and cozy completely renovated in 2024.
Equipped with every comfort, located on the third floor with elevator of a historic turn-of-the-century building surrounded by greenery, which preserves intact the charm of the past.
At the end of a busy day in the historic center you can finally come home and rejuvenate with a pleasant shower in the 2 large bathrooms, one of which has a very spacious walk-in shower and relax in the very bright double living room with fully equipped open kitchen(dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Illy coffee machine, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave) and finally rest in the 2 charming and comfortable King Size bedrooms.
In the living room we also have a useful high-quality double sofa bed (140x195x20).
The apartment is also equipped with the latest Daikin hot/cold air conditioners, free Wi-Fi internet connection, independent heating, hair dryer, 2 smart Tvs one of which 65' with Netflix, washer/dryer, towels, bathrobes and linen, baby bed (on request with extra charge).
The very elegant apartment is ideal and convenient for tourist and business stays and if you need garage you can find one for a fee 1148,29ft away.
The location is excellent. In fact, it is a perfect base for exploring the city: Piazza del Popolo and Piazzale Flaminio (Metro A) are within easy walking distance (2.0 km) or just 3 stops by tram/bus #2. From here you can easily reach all the most important places in the city, such as Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, Pantheon. Practically close to everything but, away from the chaos!
Under the house there is also the bus stop n.910 that takes you directly to Termini station.

ID will also be required for reporting to Italian security authorities.
