About this apartment rental
Stay in the premier condo complex in San Jose! Blue Palm in Las Mañanitas is safe and secure, with 24 hour gated entry, yet steps away from grocery stores and restaurants, the location is perfect. A short 10 mile drive from the airport brings you to our spacious first floor, two bedroom condo in Las Mañanitas. Both large bedrooms view the pool and the Sea of Cortez. A full patio, private lawn and large freshwater pool a few steps away all provide true indoor/outdoor living.
All new furniture, fresh paint and kitchen/ bathroom renovations in 2024. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and a bathroom with newly renovated shower as well as a double vanity. The second bedroom features two queen sized beds and a full brand new bathroom with walk in shower.
The condo is well-equipped with new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, coffee maker, kitchen supplies and plenty of beach towels. It includes high speed wireless internet with streaming televisions.
The pools and landscaping are beautifully maintained. There are poolside barbecue areas, hot tubs, lounge chairs and umbrellas. A fully stocked gym and tennis/ pickle ball courts are available for your use as well. You have full access to all three pool and hot tub areas around the property. There is even mini-golf.
When it's time for bed, leave the sliding doors open and listen to the sound of the ocean, or close the curtains and enjoy the central air. Either way you'll sleep well.
A 20 minute walk down the beach takes you to locally famous Zippers Bar and Grill. Take your car or a short Uber ride to shopping at unique galleries and boutiques in San Jose del Cabo. Don't miss the popular Thursday night Art Walk. An easy walk from the condo takes you to two huge grocery stores, La Comer and Chedraui Selecto. Coffee at Abreojos Cafe is an easy five minute walk. And on nights you don't feel like cooking, several restaurants including Cynthia Fresh, Lateral and La Osteria are less than ten minutes walk from your patio.
As hosts we want to provide a personal touch to your tropical vacation. We are happy to arrange for private round trip transportation from the airport. We can even stock your fridge with your favorite beverages and food prior to your arrival.
In the winter you'll be able to watch whales and leaping manta rays from the patio. Palmilla beach is a short drive away for swimming. Surfers enjoy the beach near Zippers. Whether staying for a long weekend or a month, you will find our condo at Las Mañanitas a beautiful, relaxing and convenient home away from home.

The property is beautiful. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and has comfy furnishings. We enjoyed the patio and being close to the beach, pool/hot tub. We could see whales and flying fish from the living room & patio! The owner is very responsive. The property manager arranged our airport transportation which went well. We had a really good time and didn’t want to leave!

Very nice place to stay with great pool areas and easy beach access. Quick walk to the grocery store and short distance to reach downtown San Jose del Cabo. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Will stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped condo in a secure, well maintained complex. Enjoyed having the option of relaxing on the patio, lounging at the pool or strolling on the beach. Excellent location with ability to walk to the grocery store and peaceful at night. Would love to go back!

The property was more than we could ask for! Great views, safe location, easy walk to dining/grocery, several pools, workout space, and a little lending library. We will absolutely return. If you're on the fence, BOOK IT because you won't be disappointed.
