    ⭐️⭐️ 2 Stars｜2顆星 Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. There was a strong cigarette smell throughout the hotel/room, which was unpleasant. Upon arrival, I had 3 large suitcases and requested assistance to bring them up, but unfortunately was told that no assistance was available. I also asked to borrow a luggage trolley, but there was none available. On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, with some nice Taiwanese local dishes. The location is also convenient, with Ruifeng Night Market and FamilyMart nearby, making it easy to get food and daily necessities. However, the service and cigarette smell really affected my overall experience. 整體入住體驗比較失望。酒店及房間都有明顯的煙味，讓人感覺不太舒服。抵達時我帶著3個大型行李箱，請酒店協助搬運，但被告知沒有提供相關協助。之後詢問是否可以借用行李推車，也被告知沒有。 比較好的地方是早餐還可以，有一些台灣在地特色餐點。酒店位置也算方便，靠近瑞豐夜市和全家便利商店，買東西及用餐都很方便。不過整體來說，煙味及服務方面的問題，確實影響了這次的住宿體驗。

    Great location; however they don’t clean the room every day and there’s bed bugs. Bitten by bed bugs on the first night. Air conditioning cannot be controlled.

    The location is quite good — the night market, local food stalls, and Hanshin shopping mall are all within walking distance. However, the hotel really needs to improve its check-in time. 4:00 PM is a bit too long to wait!
