    Look for the price it’s absolutely worth it. I saw a review from a fellow British guy that mentioned that if you are on your own (sorting out your Visa, which I was!) or a traveller then it’s definitely worth staying here! It’s cheap and there’s so much choice of really very decent food and it’s very close to the the main roads and Metro. Cleanliness is important to me and Taha did a good job and will take care of you, but yes tip him if you more and just be polite. Yes, there’s a little bit of a cockroach problem, but when you are surrounded by restaurants then that is normal (it’s the same in New York!) But it was authentic and actually really enjoyed my stay there. If you want to go peak time to Dubai but pay a reasonable price for a 1 Star residence then it’s absolutely worth it. It’s annoying to see bad reviews when they are so honest, cheap and don’t claim to be 5 stars!

    They put us in a small space in opposite of front desk cause we arrive 3 hours earlier before check in time even thought they was had an available rooms they ask us to pay a half extra amount more than the one night amount to allow us to check in earlier It was totally unacceptable other than every thing was acceptable because of the season but not very good
