Top level Ocean View Oasis with 3 Beds

View was spectacular, done what we needed for the nights we stayed, huge fridge and comfortable beds

Only thing that could of been improved was the sliding door to the balcony was really stiff to use and I have a sore back but still manageable, some extra toilet paper, we stayed 6-7 days and 2 rolls aren’t enough, brought toilet paper and left it hopefully for the next person, but very minor things

The location, view and cleanliness of the room was good.

I am highly disappointed with my stay due to misleading information and major logistical hassles. The listing falsely advertised an on-site jacuzzi/hot tub that was unavailable. We were also told we could store our luggage if we arrived early; however, this was refused on-site, forcing my family to wait around for hours with bags. The only alternative offered was a storage facility blocks away. To make matters worse, we had to collect keys from a separate site, and our room wasn't ready until 30 minutes after the official check-in time. Communication was average at best. The hosts only responded to selective messages, and there is a noticeable disconnect between their phone support and the chat function on the booking site. We were also hit with a last-minute notification about building works, which absolutely should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Finally, the room is incredibly basic. It technically sleeps four people, but lacks the necessary seating and table space, forcing us to eat on the beds or the floor if sitting on the balcony is not an option.
