Sky Villa - Panoramic sea view

* Wonderful location with stunning views of the sea and jungle, very peaceful and private. * Spacious, bright rooms, especially the master bedroom. * Perfect for sun lovers — you can sunbathe almost all day, while there are also shaded areas to relax. * Bathrooms were supplied with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes, combs, and disposable shaving kits. * Instant coffee and sugar were provided in the kitchen (just note that salt, pepper, and oil are not available). * The villa manager was always reachable and responsive. * A beautiful beach and several good dining options are within walking distance (the uphill walk is a bit challenging, but manageable). Delivery is also available. That said, credit must be given to the villa’s management and owner. A few days after I left my review pointing out the issues, they contacted me, offered their sincere apologies, and said they took my feedback very seriously. They carried out a deep cleaning of the entire villa, repaired the dishwasher and the safe, cleaned the pool, and addressed all the issues I mentioned. In addition, they offered a partial refund as an apology. Throughout our communication, they proved to be true professionals who genuinely care about their guests and their experience. They were very polite and responded to all messages quickly and thoughtfully.

The main downside of the villa was the level of cleanliness. It felt like the cleaning had been rather superficial, and there was a lot of dust throughout the house. The plumbing was outdated, there was visible limescale in the shower, and the bathroom partitions needed proper cleaning. The towels and bed linen had noticeable stains. In the kitchen, the dishwasher was not working, and the dishwashing accessories were in poor condition. The pool required maintenance: the water was not being refreshed, insects remained in it, and there was a noticeable layer of dirt on the walls and floor. The safe did not function throughout our entire stay, despite contacting the manager. The villa also had an issue with ants.

The view is amazing. You can enjoy it while swimming in the pool. The Secret beach is also near.

It is on a hilly side of an island. So if you want to explore more of an island you will definitely need a bike. The property owners can arrange a bike rent at villa’s door.
