The home was very clean, the property is well kept and the home design was nice. The service is top teir....while we were there...the living room remote needed batteries and they brought some to us the next morning. So overall....if you are looking for a clean place to stay for your family....definitely book Enchanted!!

Location was very convenient and the private, locked access was nice. The courtyard was clean and peaceful. Nice house for a large group staying together.
There was bare minimum plates, glasses, cups, pans, baking dishes for use. No toaster and the ice maker didn't work. The couch is peeling and the throw pillows are unraveling & need replaced.
