Lithos Villas - Nikiti Halkidiki

I appreciated the attention given to the property’s exterior landscaping. The swimming pool, terraces, and even the courtyard used as a car parking area were very beautifully arranged. The villa was furnished in a modern style.

What I did not like was that, apart from the master bedroom, the other bedrooms were also listed as suitable for two people, while in reality they were extremely small. There was a lack of storage space and places where you could organize or put away your clothes. The walls were not soundproof at all, and since the bathrooms were shared between two rooms, I believe more attention should have been given to their design and functionality. I would also like to mention that the cleanliness was not up to standard when we arrived at the villa. One of the bathrooms was dirty, and there was dust throughout the property, giving the impression that the cleaning had been done only superficially. The bed linens were clean; however, the floors and bathroom areas clearly require more attention and a higher standard of cleaning. It is also worth mentioning that one of the bedrooms was not equipped with air conditioning and only had a ceiling fan. Overall, the hosts were fine; however, we had a small disagreement regarding the quiet hours policy. Quiet time starts at 11:00 PM, and apparently even low-volume music was not allowed after that time. We were a group of seven people, and regardless of how quietly you try to speak, it is difficult to avoid making some noise. Unfortunately, the property manager’s attitude toward us during this situation felt inappropriate and unprofessional.

Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle Zeit in Lithos Villas. Ein sehr toller Strand ist fußläufig entfernt. Eine sehr schöne Anlage und kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

We spent 8 wonderful days at Lithos Villas Nikiti and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by our host, who was kind, attentive, and always available if needed. The villa is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. Everything is new and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the swimming pool and the stunning view, which made every morning and evening feel special. The location is perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything you might need. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we created wonderful memories here. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend Lithos Villas to anyone visiting Nikiti!
