Little too small for me

A lovely annex to Katie's house, private, but help on hand if you needed it. Spotlessly clean and well arranged. Super walk in shower and plenty of hot water. A neat little kitchen had everything you need for an overnight stay. Breakfasts were left in the fridge which included bottles of cold milk and water, fruit juice, butter and croissants. Despite the 32 degree heat the rooms were cool although there was a private sun terrace at the back if you wanted to sit out. Plenty of room to park on the drive although best to reverse in as there is not much room to turn if another vehicle is home.

As an older lady with mobility problems the small steps into the house, the shower and down into the back sun room were minor problems but no reflection on the property as it doesn't claim to be accessible or all one level. I will still be looking to stay here again.

Cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything one could need for a short stay. Good location, very quiet and easy to get to. Great communication from the owner and, all in all, good value for money. We would definitely stay again and would happily recommend it to others.

Having the bed and kitchenette in the same room meant some noise from the fridge at night but we got used to it. Breakfast provided consisted of cereal and croissants, which could be warmed up in the microwave. Fruit and/or yoghurt would be a nice addition.
