Everything is perfect, except the AC issue, see below. The host is very nice, friendly, and responsive. Secure private parking. Very clean, comfortable apartment in a quiet area. Close to the beach.
The listing and the title says that it has the A/C. Well, it does have it, but you can not use it due to the local rules. That should be clearly stated in the listing. We would not have rented it if we knew about it. We had a very hot days at the end of May, and we couldn't sleep for 2 nights.

Bell'appartamento con posto auto privato, situato vicinissimo alla stazione e alla spiaggia, ma in una via tranquilla. Pulizia ottima, proprietari gentili e disponibili (appena arrivati c'era un problema con la tapparella della camera, prontamente risolto).
Solo una piccola nota: nella camera da letto ci sono parecchie luci (pulsanti, luce di emergenza) che disturbano un po' il sonno se non si è abituati. L'ultima notte siamo stati svegliati da rumori provenienti dall'appartamento al piano superiore (credo fossero arrivati nuovi ospiti poco rispettosi del riposo altrui).
