Todi Villa San Martino

Beautiful building, privacy, location, view, clean and newly restored, kind host and the place feels like home.

Location was great, so close to Todi and to a couple of great restaurants near by with delicious food! The view and openness of the upstairs terrace felt majestic, the house itself is gorgeous, a vacation home from the 1600’s! High painted ceilings, high windows everywhere offering views, freshness and natural beauty and light! The entry too makes a statement. The whole stay was a unique experience!

I would like the garden and entry way to have some lights, just for added atmosphere and to be able to see the exterior at night.

До всех главных достопримечательностей — не более часа на машине, а сам Тоди — настоящая жемчужина региона: средневековые улицы, соборы с фресками, музеи, уютные рестораны и захватывающие панорамы. Вилла заслуживает отдельного упоминания — удивительные виды с террасы, тёплая атмосфера, внимательные хозяева и интерьер с элементами стиля ар-нуво. Tutte le principali attrazioni si raggiungono in meno di un’ora, ma anche Todi da sola è una vera perla: panorami mozzafiato, vie medievali, chiese affrescate, musei, ristoranti e caffè accoglienti. La villa è incantevole: vista stupenda dalla terrazza, atmosfera rilassante, padroni di casa gentili e disponibili, interni decorati in stile liberty. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli — un posto dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Ci torneremo volentieri! A wonderful place in the heart of Umbria! All major sights are within an hour’s drive, yet Todi itself is a true gem — medieval streets, frescoed churches, museums, cozy restaurants, and breathtaking views. The villa is exceptional: stunning terrace views, warm and welcoming hosts, and interiors with beautiful Art Nouveau details. Everything is thoughtfully arranged — it feels like time stands still here. We would be delighted to return!

Es handelt sich um sehr schön und mit viel Gefühl renovierte Wohnung im 2 Stockwerk der Villa San Martino aus dem Jahr 1869. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und mit einer unglaublichenTerrasse mit Atemberaubenden Blicken auf Todi und in die Landschaft. Wir sind 6 Nächte geblieben und kommen gerne wieder.
