Very nice cabin in middle of nature with beautiful view of the rice fields

施設管理が行き届いており、大変綺麗な施設でした。また電化製品や食器類も基本的に置いてあり、持っていく必要がないのもよかったです。水回りも清潔でした。

The location was beautiful - the windows overlooked rice fields and a forested areas. We were able to enjoy nature without having any creepy crawlies enter the property. The house was spotless and the furniture and equipment looked very new. The house had pretty much all the basic amenities we expected and we had a very comfortable 1-week stay, cooking lots of meals from the kitchen in the property. We also loved that there was a BBQ pit embedded in a table right on our own porch. We had many barbecues during our stay because it was lovely to grill our meats while enjoying the early summer weather in the evenings. The property owners were also responsive and helped us with the queries we had very quickly over Booking.com messaging. The shower and bath were very clean and new. We enjoyed hot baths using the tub which filled automatically. All in all, we were very sad to leave! We loved how quiet and close to nature the house was and loved the beautiful views of the area. We were also able to use the property as a base to visit Mt Aso for hiking and make day trips to Takachiho Gorge. We would love to stay again at this property.

While it was wonderfully quiet and a great escape from our usual city lives, the property was a little far from conveniences. The nearest supermarket was about a 15-minute drive away, which was a bit of a bother when we left out something from our grocery list. We also found that some very minor amenities had to be purchased on our own, for example, aluminium foil and cling wrap. The kitchen sink could also afford to have a bottle of hand soap. But as I mentioned, these were relatively minor issues which we were able to sort out on our own easily.
