The amenities were excellent and the communication between me and the property was quickly handled.
Purchasing the parking pass was easy to do online. I purchased them for a 2 night stay upon arrival but both cars in my party received warning cards on the morning after we arrived saying we had not purchased passes and could be towed if not rectified. I called the number that was on the sign to find out what the issue was after no one was at the front office but they helped very little. I had to wait until a front office worker arrived at 9 o’clock to rectify the matter. She told me the warnings were placed on my cars by mistake.
The condo we rented was nice and very clean except the floors. My 11 month old grandson’s knees and feet were filthy from crawling around upon arrival.
