"Hospitality is above my expectations by Madam Vo Thi Minh, she helped me to check in early as we are with kids, and the rooms and all the facilities are excellent."

Location and how spacious it was for a family of 4. Cafe, 7/11 & kids playcentre downstairs, pool upstairs
The kettle wasn’t clean which was important for me as I expect clean kettle to boil water for my son’s formula bottle. Not a deal breaker tho

It was a nice room with a comfortable bed.
It was not where it said it was, it said it was district 1 but it wasn’t. It was district 4. Was also disappointed to find cockroaches in the bathroom upon arrival.
