If it's available book this

Everything is great. There are so many minor details they have thought of and perfected. I could live forever in this space. Great views. A real parking space!!!! So many listings say a free space and it's street. Not here. Back your little car right into the garage. Comfortable bed and seating everywhere. Also, a good sized elevator. Also rare in this country. Do yourself the favor and enjoy this space! Easy to find and get in and out of. 12/10 would recommend

A true diamond!

Excellent apartment, very clean, with a very comfortable bed, full size kitchen with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The owners are very polite and helpful. The check-in was very easy with the locker. We will come back in the future for sure.

Amazing value for money and a perfect apartment.

The host could not have been more helpful in check in and out, providing useful information on the area and taxi numbers etc. The skyline vista is appropriately named for its fantastic balcony and view. It is on the sixth floor so amazing vistas. Luckily there is also a very efficient lift! The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing overall!

We had a really short stay, as we were in transit, but wow, we wished we stayed longer! A well designed and cosy apartment with everything you need and a very comfortable bedroom. Two balconies overlooking different sides of the city, the industrial port and sea ❤️ and the mountain behind. Pure joy having our coffee at 5AM looking at the sunrise! Thank you!

Precioso, acogedor y limpio

Lo acogedor, amplio y las vistas que tiene el apartamento. Está dotado con todo lo necesario. Es precioso y limpio. Las dos terrazas permiten desconectar del ruido del día.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ubicación, es necesario tener coche porque hay una cuesta muy larga y con bastante pendiente. Es difícil aparcar en la plaza del parking

Τα πάντα ήταν τέλεια.το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε ότι χρειάζεσαι για μια τέλεια διαμονή.Θεα φανταστική.Το συνηστω ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον θέλει ένα διαμέρισμα με τα πάντα και με ησυχία.Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά 100%!Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

πολυ ωραια τοποθεσια ενα τεταρτο απο το λιμανι του πειραια(με κινηση).. σε ησυχη γειτονια ! στα τοπ θετικα εχει ιδιωτικο χωρο σταθμευσης παροτι ειχαμε προβληματιστει λογω προηγουμενων σχολιων το kia stonic με το οποιο πηγαμε χωρεσε ανετοτατα! ταξιδεψαμε με δυο μωρα εκει οποτε ειχαμε πολλες αποσκευες και βοηθησε πολυ το οτι διπλα στν χωρο σταθμευσης βρισκεται το ασανσερ τ οποιο σταματαει εξω ακριβως απο τν πορτα τ καταλυματος! παροτι αναφερει οτι προοριζεται γ δυο ενηλικες μονο.. υπαρχει ενας καναπες οπου κοιμιζει εναν ακομα..εμας μας βολεψε! διαθετει μια βεραντα κ ενα πιο μικρο μπαλκονι με πολυ ωραια θεα στ λιμανι... η ιδιοκτητρια γνωριζοντας οτι θ φτασουμε εκει με τα δυο μικρα μας τους ειχε αφησει κερασματα ♡... σιγουρα θ τ ξαναπροτιμουσαμε!!

Hafenblick mit Komfort

Die Wohnung im 6. Stock bietet einen super Blick und die Balkone sind mit gemütlichen Möbeln ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick wohl. Perfekt ist die vorhandene Waschmaschine, nachdem wir schon eine Woche unterwegs waren …Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen, besonders, wenn man den nächsten Tag zur Fähre muss. Ein Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung aber wir haben draußen geparkt, da unser Auto zu groß für den Platz war.

Appartamento molto ben tenuto con tutte le dotazioni e le comodità necessarie. Proprietari gentilissimi nel fornirci informazioni per i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere Atene. Il parcheggio riservato alla struttura è un poco stretto ma si trova facilmente posto in strada gratuitamente.

Ένα διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο,όμορφο,με μεγάλα μπαλκόνια. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με επώνυμες συσκευές και προϊόντα ποιότητας. Ήσυχο,με θέση πάρκινγκ. Όλο το πακέτο που βλέπεις μόλις μπεις μέσα και φυσικά κατά την διαμονη σου δείχνει ότι οι οικοδεσπότες σέβονται αυτόν που τους προτίμησε για την διαμονή του. 10/10

Świetne miejsce

Mieszkanie znajduje się na 6 piętrze z nowoczesnym budynku z prywatną windą i pięknymi widokami z jednej strony na miasto, góry a z drugiej na port i wyspę Salaminę. W okolicy znajduje się kilka sklepów ,w których kupisz absolutnie wszystko, ale jeśli szukasz więcej to 3 ulice dalej w każdy czwartek odbywa się targ. Na początku obawiałem się dojazdu do innych miast ale niecałe 10 minut spacerem w dół miasta znajduje się przystanek autobusowy (najlepiej 843 i jednym bilecie), z którego dojedziesz do Pireusu a tam metrem do Aten. Mieszkaliśmy miesiąc i były to bardzo dobre dni bo mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste, wygodne i w pełni wyposażone na tak długie pobyty. Jeśli przyjedziesz tu autem musisz uzgodnić czy zmieścisz się w dostępnym miejscu ponieważ mój samochód był zbyt długi (4,7m). Gospodarz jest bardzo miły , pomocny i jeśli były pytania natychmiast odpowiadał i pomagał najlepiej jak mógł.

Апартаментът е повече от прекрасен! Жилището е изключително гостоприемно за домашни любимци - достъпът до терасите може да бъде лесно ограничен със затварящите се мрежи, врати и щори от външната страна. Също така е единствен апартамент на етажа, така че ако кучето ви лае при преминаване на съседи по коридора, тук това не представлява опасност. Интериорът е много приятен и буквално се чувствахме като у дома си. Има всичко необходимо както за кратък, така и за дълъг престой. Терасите са много приятни за релаксиране - и двете с чудесни гледки. Интернетът е много силен - за 3-4 престоя в Гърция през последната година, мога да кажа, че този беше най-добрия, който съм ползвала. Изобщо не е прекъсвал, много стабилен. В жилището бихме останали месеци наред, наистина беше чудесно вътре.

Мястото за паркиране не е нещо, с което успяхме да се справим. Беше ни трудно за маневриране и колата нощува там само първата вечер, след което предпочетохме да паркираме по улиците наблизо (не беше лесно всеки път да си намерим удобно място). Перама се оказа градче не по наш вкус генерално, но и локацията на апартамента на върха на умопомрачителен баир също не допринесе за положителна реакция към мястото. Това, разбира се, са лични предпочитания и собствениците не носят отговорност.
