Neighbours were quite but walls are very thin so could hear any rustle

Guy who runs it is friendly and always available to help. Lots of amenities. The neighbourhood is quiet. The building is air conditioned.
Only house on the street without a cut lawn. Not a problem if you like weeds. The guy who runs the place seems to have an issue with trash. What he put out was so disgusting that the garbage people refused to pick it up. The kitchen area is a bit of a mess. Also, you should be aware that the Barrhaven area of Ottawa is a bit off the map.
