Coastal Escape - Indian Rocks Beach

The location is excellent (this house is in Indian Rocks Beach, not Clearwater, but I knew this when I booked). It is a comfortable, mid-century beach cottage with everything you would expect a self-catering accommodation to provide. We were in town visiting family, which we do a few times a year so we know the area well.

The house is rough around the edges and, in my opinion, a tad overpriced. There IS a house being built next door and the management company should mention this before booking because the construction noise makes for an unpleasant stay. The window air conditioning units are noisy and a bit moldy so we were grateful the weather wasn't too hot and humid - we turned them off for the duration of our stay. The ceiling fans are noisy, as well. There are no lounge chairs out back as in the photos, but there is a table and chairs. The drip coffee maker will provide you with a lukewarm morning brew, at best. Florida kitchens are known for their ghost ants, which were fond of something sweet splashed on the wall behind the kitchen sink and noticed upon check-in. Not a big deal - I washed the wall, but there are no cleaning products provided. Not even a bottle of multi-purpose to clean up after yourself in the kitchen!

Magnifique vue sur le canal, wow !! Maison coquette avec style bord de mer! Peut être éventuellement ajouter des petites chaises pour relaxer sur le quai. Tout est super propre et fonctionnel. Merci

Matelas de la 2e chambre a besoin d’être changer car il renfonce au centre mais sinon rien d’autre à dire.
