Everything was perfect from where it’s situated to the cleaning lady the hotel is immaculate

The staff was super warm and friendly!
The AC unit in our room didn’t work, either did the hot water. There was no one at the front desk in the evening so we weren’t aware that we could communicate this to someone at the time. When we informed the property via booking.com in the morning they were unfortunately not helpful at all and stopped responding to our messages.
