Pedregalejo Beach

Moderne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Strandnähe

The apartment is in an excellent location. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had good facilities to cook at home. I always appreciate a washing machine. It was a high quality apartment.

We arrived for check in but were told the apartment was not ready and had not been cleaned. We could leave our bags. We were told the apartment would not be ready until 4 hours later at the earliest. We had very little further communication and had to guess when to return we returned and it was still not cleaned. 5 hrs later it was ready but this had not been communicated with us. By this point hanging about in the sun after a day of travelling we were exhausted and our evening plans had to be cancelled. We had also bought food which we put in the apartment fridge and had to clean this ourselves. We also had to clean some of the kitchen cupboards ourselves showing that the cleaners had been in a rush. II then attempted to get the wifi password which took another few hours. There was a mild apology but i feel a stronger apology was warranted. Even though it was the service company who created the issue not the owners - our holiday and enjoyment were impacted. Some instructions on how to use the air con etc would be apppreciated.
