(We have been on the road for about three months and came here to rest and wait for visa.) We liked the space, the quality of the mattress, the generous (heated!) showers. The apartment offers fibre-optic internet: letting us to download stuff, talk to family abroad and watch television (all at the same time). Another thing we appreciated was the washing machine, which enabled us to thoroughly launder some of our clothing.
The building is secured by 24/7 watchmen who also guard the parking lot.
Just around the block, there are a few little shops selling fresh bread (for breakfast), a vegetable and fruit stand and someone who grills chicken in the afternoon.
We would have liked to stay even longer, but someone beat us to it!

The location and the room are good
The management. There is no toilet paper available in the room first day I came.
I paid at the first I came but I got my receipt 3-4 days after checking out
