I was not happy with a stay because it was very cold on my room and could not take any hot shower.
it's clean
I have to get the key unless I have to pay a deposit of 200 euros as the damaged stuff which was not published when I made the reservation. no hot water or room heater during my stay, there was no bathroom door only half a curtain (the sliding door was taken out and left inside the bathroom)bad communication with the owner, no safety instruction regulation hanged on the wall, no fire exit.

Localisation
La cour commune est dans un état lamentable, nombreux détritus au sol, mégots, coton tiges, chaises cassées entre autre: espace vert laissés à l’abandon ! Le ménage et la propreté étaient très approximatifs. La porte de la salle de bain est non fonctionnelle et remplacée par un simple rideau, La porte de la cabine douche ne fonctionne pas et la propreté laisse là encore à désirer ! Les responsables de la location se permettent de retenir des frais pour de prétendues dégradations alors qu’aucun état des lieux d’entrée ou de sortie n’ont été réalisés. Est-ce une escroquerie ..? Je vais faire un recours via booking

C' était bien
L' appartement était bien.
L' immeuble ,la cour d" entrée les voisins du dessus font beaucoup de bruit à partir de 5hs du matin. Il faudrait réparer la porte de la salle bain,blachir un peu plus draps et servillettes et réviser les ustensiles de cuisine( il y a une casserole de cassée).
