House with parking possibility

The location was convenient, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and very quiet. It had all the main facilities we needed and felt well equipped for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest advantages for us was the excellent private parking inside the property’s own courtyard. For guests travelling to Budapest by car, this is a real benefit and gave us peace of mind during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessary utensils, refrigerator, freezer and dining table, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Although we did not meet the host in person, the instructions for collecting the key from the key box were clear.

There was, however, one issue with opening the entrance door that would be useful to fix. The instructions explained that we should first lift the door handle, unlock the door and then push the handle down to open it. We followed these steps several times, but the door would not open. Eventually, we discovered that the door was slightly sticking and, after lowering the handle, we also needed to push the door firmly for it to open. Once we understood this, it was manageable, but arriving late on the first night and not being able to open the door was a little frustrating. I think some simple adjustment or maintenance of the door could easily solve this problem for future guests. There were also a few small points in the bathroom that could be improved. There was no proper holder for the handheld shower and no convenient hook for clothes. The washbasin looked modern and stylish, but the space between the basin and the faucet was unusually low, which made it less practical to use. The apartment also had air conditioning, which was important during the hot summer weather. However, during our stay it did not seem to cool the apartment effectively. Even when we lowered the temperature setting, the air coming from the unit remained only moderately cool. It may simply need cleaning or maintenance, and improving this would make the apartment much more comfortable during very hot weather. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was quiet, well equipped and good value for money, and the secure private parking was a particularly strong advantage. With a little attention to the entrance door, air-conditioning system and the small bathroom details, it would be even better.

it is a comfortable house for a group, preferably 2 couples, 2 nice bedrooms with 1 bed, spacious bathroom and living room connected with the kitchen. Dog friendly, nice neighbourhood

There is no garden, the front of the house is just a parking space. It is not so close to the city it you are looking for that, nowhere to walk the doggies

Sajnos nem volt kitakarítva amikor megérkeztünk. A tiszta ágyneműn kívül gyakorlatilag minden koszos volt. Az étkezőasztal abrosza foltos, morzsás volt, a tusolóban régi, használt sebtapaaz lógott a tusfürdőtárolón. Minden evőeszköz, és konyhai eszköz piszkos volt. A 3 órás fertőtlenítő takarításunk után tudtunk elfoglalni a szállást…
