Bonne situation géographique dans le Cap. Appartement propre et conforme à la description. Décoration chargée et meubles anciens.
La température trop élevée dans la chambre à l'étage. En l'absence de climatisation, impossible de dormir en plein été tant la chaleur dans cette pièce est étouffante.
