Convenient 2 Bedroom Apartment in Crawley

The apartment itself was lovely, clean and tidy, beautiful bathroom and excellent internet which is unusual for most places! The hostess we met was absolutely lovely and kind and helpful.

Booked for a two night stay, instructions for parking was not very clear, I am not from the area and receiving instructions like "When you see the hotel, go up, go right, right again, do a circle all the way around, then its the second left down the street" I am not joking, this is pretty much word for word, so as you can imagine it took us a little bit of time to sort parking, I asked them to call me, it took them around 15 minutes, whilst I was sat in my van on a busy road waiting for help due to the "instructions" I also did not like the price of the cleaning bill, I have stayed at places for 2 nights every weekend for a long time and never been charged close to what they charged, to put it simply, it's pure exploitation to add money to the bill, then once you find that out, after booking there is another hidden charge! A non refundable charge for "damage" A charge for damage before I have even got the keys, once again, NEVER seen this anywhere else, absolutely disgraceful. Also very slow replies for most contact. Other than them few issues, everything else is really good. But £100+ for cleaning fees for 2 nights I just can't get over, then when you leave they text asking to clean up after yourself (of course we would regardless, I just found that insulting, I almost wanted to make them work for that!)

We was told we had to delay our check-in as it was cleaned in time for us at 3pm.. then when we got in it was not very clean there was dust and the previous persons medication pill on the rug in the lounge under the coffee table!. that could have been dangerous if we had a small child in our group that had found it!
