Villa Christothea

The location was excellent for what we wanted as we have family in the village. the property is quirky and we liked the character.

We are a couple with a young child so stayed in the roof top bedroom with the ensuite as it wouldn't have been possible to stay in one of the other bedrooms and have to walk outside to the bathroom during the night or leave her alone in another room. However access to this did involve a flight of outside stairs and the 4 steps up to the bedroom could have benefitted from a hand rail. We had an issue with a blown mains fuse on Saturday night but thanks to my husband plus father in law and brother in law it was sorted pretty quickly, howbvere I was annoyed that the property owner's electrician on the end of the phone tried to say WE had left everything on and gone out for the day which wasn't remotely true! Also there are 2 TVs in the property neither seemed to be connected to anything and my husband desperately missed his local ANT1 news and we don't have a Netflix subscription!

Our stay at Villa Christothea was absolutely amazing. The village is small, picturesque, and surrounded by beautiful nature, giving us the perfect peaceful escape. We were also very close to several landmarks with quick access to the mountain top, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The property itself was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like home. Kalia the host was super kind, helpful, and resourceful, she made our stay even better. One of the highlights was that we had all the equipment needed to make souvla, which was a must. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!!!
