Groot's Place - 5 min to main parkway!!

Location,cabin size and interior appearance.

Nothing really. Only thing was there were no paper towels.

I loved that the hot tub worked, the kids had a fun time with the little games and the Lego table upstairs! The owners were very attentive with each email!

The massage chair arm was broken upon arrival, the chair still worked but afraid to use just in case! The paper towels weren’t restocked and we couldn’t find any extra, but we had napkins from the roadtrip! I will say the air hockey table was fun but the bottom part of the handles are worn off so it was hard to use and not a lot of air coming out! But everyone still had a wonderful time!

The cabin was clean and beautiful. Super close to everything in pigeon forge but still gave us that relaxing feel and charm of staying in a cabin. And located in a beautiful community. It had great lighting during the day when opening all the blinds. I especially enjoyed the large dining table which had lots of room for the family. Our kiddos enjoyed the upstairs lounge/play area! And we enjoyed the massage chair which was a great feature to this cozy spot! The hosts did a superb job in furnishing to ensure all ages were properly welcomed. Definitely family friendly! We did our best to take care of our hosts home during our stay. We appreciate it so much! Our host John was very kind throughout the whole process. We recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit the Smoky Mountains but still wants to be close to town!

We loved the cabin and the location! The cabin was very clean and beautiful !! .

Everything was great just the front porch and back porch were very dusty but other than that it was good. The inside was very clean!!
