Świetnie wyposażony apartament, wygodny, czysty. Parking podziemny to ogromny plus. Do tego samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy.

Co prawda rezerwowałem apartament na II pietrze (Arte 5), ale na 2 dni przed przyjazdem okazalo się, że awarii uległa cyfrowa klamka wejsciowa i zaproponowano mi albo zmianę (w tej samej cenie) na apartament Arte 1 (na parterze) albo rezygnacje. Wybrałem zmianę apartamentu. Do apartamentu Arte 5 przynależy miejsce w garażu podziemnym na czym mi bardzo zależało, niestety po zmianie na Arte 1 otrzymalem miejsce parkingowe na zewnątrz :( co przy mrozach nie było dla mnie dobrą opcją.
Niestety pomimo moich próśb nie udało się osobie zarządzającej zapewnić mi miejsca parkingowego w garażu podziemnym, pomimo tego, że apartament nie został wynajęty, wiec to miejsce parkingowe i tak było wolne. No trudno. Pozostaje lekki niesmak.
