The house was absolutely spotless from the moment we arrived. Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and whenever we had a few minor issues during our stay, they were quick to respond and resolve them promptly which we really appreciated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, along with a washing machine and sufficient mineral water that lasted our entire 4-night stay. The house has its own parking space, air conditioning and fans in the rooms, and water heaters available both upstairs and downstairs so comfort was never an issue. The location is simply unbeatable. It is just a short distance away from major spots like Makro, Central Festival Hat Yai, ASEAN Night Bazaar, and Greenway Night Market. Tourist attractions are nearby too and there’s even a 7-Eleven nearby for those late-night snack runs. We had a truly great stay and our family felt right at home throughout. A big thank you to our wonderful host for the warm hospitality. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Hat Yai! We are from Malaysia 🇲🇾

One thing we hope the host could look into is the water pump, as there were moments the water did not flow when we needed to shower. Thankfully the host resolved it promptly but it would be great to have it checked beforehand for a smoother experience.

If staff request passport photos one day before departure, it would be better for us because we are a big family. We need to take the photos one by one in the car and send them to the staff.
