Hotel Panorama & Spa Elbasan

Très bel hôtel, avec une vue très agréable, lon y mange correctement. La piscine est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est un peu restrictif mais à base de produits fait maison. Magnifique coupe de fruits... Chacun est à l'écoute de notre besoin. Les dirigeants ainsi que les serveurs sont très gentils.

Il est un peu excentré, donc il faut une voiture. C'edt un hôtel qui se reconstruit et donc tous les standards que l'on attend ne sont pas toujours là. Il faut le demander.

Pieknie wyremontowany hotel. Świetny plac zabaw dla dzieci. Basen też cieszył. Dobre jedzenie w restauracji i dobre ceny. Ładny widok z tarasu.

Zjeżdżalnie basenowe wymagają odnowienia.

Very clean resort. Good staff and cleaning team. Kids playing area outside and kids pool.

Nobody ever at the reception. Even when you call from your room, nobody picks up. You physically have to come downstairs and go to the other building where they serve and speak to someone. Breakfast is very disappointing. For resort standards Breakfast is shocking. Its as if they cannot be bothered to make anything. Hardly any options. Hard to get taxi due to location. So best to keep taxi drivers number and use them whenever you need them. Finally some of the stuff they have need to change. Specially in the kids park swings and things are falling apart and its not safe.
