Très bien situé, aménagement fonctionnel dans l’ensemble. Place de stationnement est un gros plus.
Serrures difficiles à ouvrir (surtout porte côté rue), manque étagères et porte-serviettes dans la salle de bain, pas de torchon dans la cuisine, manque ustensiles comme paire de ciseaux, décapsuleur, grand couteau, raclette à douche, etc
