Beautifully decorated, highly functional, and in a great location. The bathroom was excellent, and the living room was bright and sunny. It’s also very close to the Green Line, which gets you downtown in about 20–30 minutes. Oak Park itself is a lovely area.
The stairs leading up to the loft are quite steep, and while the space is cleverly designed, it can be a bit challenging to use—I bumped my head a few times, and I wasn’t the only one. The space itself is nice, even very appealing, but it feels like it’s been pushed to its limits. Overall, I think it may be a bit overpriced.

Location was perfect for visiting Frank Lloyd Wright buildings, for availability of good restaurants and for access to the "L". The unit was clean and had a beautiful bathroom.
This is not a complaint, because staying in a 3rd-floor loft wasn't a surprise, but there are a lot of steep stairs to climb in a fairly narrow stairwell. We did fine, but if you have mobility issues, or are coming and going a lot, just be aware that there will be stairs.
